1) Make sure you have installed Java first 2) Download Apache Tomcat 9.0.x https://tomcat.apache.org/download-90.cgi Choose the correct Core package: Core 64-bit Windows zip I suggest NOT using the Windows Installer version. 2.1) Right click on the zip file and choose “Open” or “Open With … Windows Explorer“… and copy the apache-tomcat-9.0.x folder into C:\java-tools (make the java-tools directory if needed) by Right Click and Paste. 3) We’re now ready to configure Eclipse to use Tomcat from this folder.
