Course Description:

This course examines how to use the MVC module in the Spring Framework to simplify Java web application development. Learn how Spring MVC is designed and how to use it to reduce your Web application development effort.

Upon completion, you will:

1. Understand the MVC Design pattern
2. Develop web applications using Spring’s MVC framework.
3. Use the JDBC & abstraction layer to isolate database access.

Student Expectations:

• Students will attend as many of the scheduled classes as possible. 4 Sessions required for 90% attendance.
• Students will be personally responsible for any assignments given in class.
• Students will help the instructor conduct class in a professional and mature manner 🙂
• Students will have fun and learn.
